Characteristics
This is the portable boring M/C used to apply the boring process for the stock taper hole of the marine rudder. According to the taper ratio of the boring part, the slide taper block is decided, while the size of the boring bar is based on the boring diameter. The main drive device is the electric motor type. The transferring motor can execute the internal diameter boring, the lateral facing and the step structure processing, while processing the oil groove, by using the AC servo motor and the differential gear device.
